About Judicial Service Commission
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is a part-time constitutional commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution.
The functions of the Judicial Service Commission are outlined in Articles 172, 252 and 253 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 13 Part III of the Judicial Service Act, 2011.
