Things to Consider Before Filing a Form
- If you are picking a form directly from the school, Do not dirty the form.
- Carefully Read and Understand a Form.
- Fill in with Capital Letters
- Duly filled application forms should be addressed to the Registrar- academic Administration.
- Always have a Photocopy incase needed
- Take your time to review the Form before submission.
Application Procedure
- Go to the school website, or simply use the Application Form below,
- Read Carefully as instructed above,
- Then “Submit“.
What to do
- Very Important: Before Applying, make research about the institution you’re applying for.
- Carefully consider the various programs available.
- Understand the School Fees Payable.
Requirements
- A minimum of Grade C+ at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE)
- Grades earned in core subjects depending on the specific programs in which you are interested
- Additional information provided in support of your application.
- An application should be accompanied by;
- copies of ID/Passport
- Relevant academic and professional certificates.
Minimum Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate Programmes: KCSE C+ (plus) or equivalent qualifications
- Postgraduates Programmes: Masters: At least a Bachelor’s degree; 2nd class (upper division) or it’s equivalent from a recognized University
- Diploma Programmes: KCSE C (plain) or its equivalent qualifications
- Certificate Programmes: KCSE C- (minus) or its equivalent qualifications

Admissions
- KUCCPS (Sponsored by the Kenyan Government): This is done through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS), formerly the national Joint Admission Board (JAB), the body that does the admission of students for all public universities in Kenya.
- PSSP (SELF Sponsored) Students: Because the government sponsorship can cater to very few qualifying candidates, the university gives an option for self sponsorship. In this option, the admission will be done internally at the university.
- Postgraduate Students: Admission to any postgraduate programme at the university is carried out by the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies (DPS) in close consultancy with the relevant school or faculty.
