Who is a Lesbian?
A lesbian is a woman who is naturally sexually or romantically attracted exclusively to women. Simply put a woman-to-woman attraction.

Transgender can change their external genitals through surgery to alter the vaginal or reduces the level of female hormones in their bodies and stops their menstrual cycles.
