The Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council (PHSDSBC), is designated in terms of Section 36 of the Labour Relations Act, 66 of 1995. The PHSDSBC promotes labour peace and collective bargaining in the public health and social development sectors. We seek to appoint unemployed qualified graduates, and on the disciplines listed below.

Stipend: Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of R5 500.00.

Base station: Centurion, Pretoria

Unit and Ref: Collective Bargaining – CB24/05/22

Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree: Labour Law and Labour Relations.

Number of Interns: 01

Department: Dispute Management

Unit and Ref: Dispute Management – DM/24/05/22

Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree: Labour Law and Labour Relations.

Number of Interns: 01

Department: Corporate Services

Unit and Ref:Human Capital Management – CSD24/05/22

Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree:   Human Resources Management/ Labour Law.

Information and Communications Technology

Unit and Ref:Marketing and Communications – MarCom24/05/22

Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree: Communications; stakeholder relations management and marketing management.

Department: Information and Communications Technology

Unit and Ref:Information Technology (IT) – IT24/05/22

Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree: Information Technology or related field

Number of Interns: 01

Requirements:

  1. Must be an unemployed South African youth;
  2. Must have completed and passed grade 12 (Matric);
  3. Must have passed and completed a National Diploma or Degree at any recognized South African Institution of Higher Education and Training (HET) on the aforementioned disciplines;
  4. Have a valid South African ID;
  5. The applicants must not have been exposed to work experience in their area of study or have participated in an internship programme before.
