University of Venda Registration 2025

How to Register at the University of Venda

You must be admitted to a qualification/degree program at the university before you can register.

• Go to the UNIVEN All prospective students online Registration Portal – https://univenien.univen.ac.za/pls/prodi04/w99pkg.mi_login.
• Enter your student number and PIN.
• If you have forgotten your PIN, you can click on “Forgot PIN” on the login page.

The registration form will ask you to provide personal information, academic information, and payment information. Be sure to carefully review all information before submitting the form.

• Once you have paid your registration fees, you can submit your registration form.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed.

After completing the online registration and payment, submit the following documents to the university’s Admissions Office:

• Certified copies of your academic transcripts and certificates.
• ID document or passport.
• Birth certificate.
• Proof of residence.
• Two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Acceptance letter from the university (if applicable).

Registration Fees Payment Option

• You can pay your registration fees online using a credit card or debit card.
• You can also pay at any UNIVEN branch office or through a bank transfer.
