UMP Student Residence
Private Accommodation
Any student admitted at UMP but has not been admitted to the University residences such a student is provided with a list of accredited private accommodations from which the student can contact the accredited private accommodation facilities.
The University has a Policy on the accreditation of private accommodation facilities.
The UMP Private Accommodation Accreditation Committee continuously accredits private accommodation properties within a radius of 60 km maximum.
All accredited private accommodations must provide transportation to the students as part of the accreditation minimum requirements.
The list of accredited private accommodations is available in the office of Student Housing, as well as on the University website.
On Campus
UMP residences offer both single and double-sharing rooms equipped with the appropriate amenities, namely, a single bed, study desk, bookshelves, study chair, wardrobe, and study lamp in the rooms.
There are rooms for students living with disabilities. UMP prides itself on state-of-the-art residences with modern facilities including uncapped Wi-Fi. UMP has iconic dining halls serving good and healthy meals at reasonable price ranges, See here...
