How to Transfer Applications at UWC

What Is the Process for Changing the University of Western Cape Application?  A student, who is currently registered and wants to transfer to a different faculty in the following year, must complete an online application.

First, all prospective students must be aware of the application requirements, application dates and other important information regarding this process.

UWC Application Transfer Requirement

If you are applying to the University of Western Cape from another institution of higher learning you need to submit the following:

  • Certified copy of your NSC Certificate or Senior Certificate
  • Certified copy of your Identification Document (ID)
  • Certified Certificate of good conduct from your current/previous institution
  • Certified Official Academic Transcript
  • Module content / Yearbook descriptor from your institution for all modules completed
  • Certified Degree certificate (if applicable)

UWC Application Date

The University of Western Cape registration date and the start of the new academic year as well as semester 1, and semester 2 term dates are as follows.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are under 18 at the time of application you must submit a signed CONSENT FORM. For all other applicants, this is not necessary.

If you do not have the consent form it will be emailed to you on completion of the application.

Your application will not be complete until you have entered “ACCEPT” after the Terms and Conditions section.
