The Cost of Application at GCUC

The Garden City University College (GCUC) cost of the application form is the amount set aside for intending applicants to settle before enrolling on academic programs.

The application fees for each level of education in an academic session are as follows.

School Fees Payment Policy

Option 1: Full payment of fees Students who make full payment of fees during registration period (three weeks after reopening) are entitled to 3% discount of tuition fees

Option 2:Payment by installment Students who cannot make full payment of semester fees must sign onto an Installment Agreement Plan (IAP) as follows;

  • 75% before Registration
  • 15% before Mid-Semester Examinations
  • 10% before Final Examinations

Option 3: Monthly Standing Order payments Students, parents or guardians who wish to pay their remaining fees after registration, through monthly standing
order arrangement with their banker’s should please contact the Finance Officer for possible arrangements.
