Greetings,
I am being told there is a Universal Exchange Bank PLC in Accra Ghana and they are holding money supposedly owed to me. I would appreciate knowing if this true as I can not get to them from google. Only a link they supplied in the beginning.
Please confirm or deny this bank exists in Accra.
