How Do I check My MANCOSA Application Status Online?

There are a few ways you can get an update on your application:

MyMancosa Student Portal

If you haven’t already, create an account on MyMancosa using the same email address you used for your application, follow the steps below to check your application status.

• Go to MyMancosa Student Portal at: https://mymancosa.com/home
• Login with your Username and password, if you have forgotten your login details, simply click on Mancosa “Reset Password?“ to set a new password.
• Once logged in, you can access your application dashboard, which may display some information about your application status. However, it might not always be the most current.

Email Your Application Confirmation

• Locate the email confirmation you received after submitting your application. It should contain a contact email address for application inquiries.
• Reply to this email with your name, application reference number (if available), and a request for an update on your application status.

If You Submitted a New Application

• Visit the MANCOSA Application Portal: https://www.mancosa.co.za/new-application-programme
• Click on the “Have you created an account and wish to continue with your application process?” button and log in with your email address and password.
• Once logged in, you will be able to see the current status of your application under “My Applications.”

If You Are a Returning Student Applying for A New Program

• Visit the MANCOSA Student Portal: https://mymancosa.com/
• Log in with your student ID and password.
• Once logged in, you will be able to see the status of your application under “Applications” or “My Applications.”

• You can reach the Admissions Office directly by phone at +27 11 552 8400. They should be able to provide you with a more accurate update on your application status.
