What To Do if Your SRD Application Was Rejected for March
The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has said that there are many circumstances under which applications for the SRD grant may be declined.
STEP 1:

- Go to the Independent Tribunal for Social Assistance Appeals (ITSAA) website.
- Provide your South African ID number and the cell phone number you used during the application process.
- Click “Send Pin” and wait for an SMS with a verification code.
- Enter the received pin, select the month for which you are appealing, and choose the reason for your appeal from the provided options
- Submit your appeal.
