The Universities South Africa (USAf) Exemption is needed for degree studies applicants who intend to register at a South African University and an Affiliated Private Higher Education institution.

USAF Online Assessment and Application
Follow the steps below to apply for the exemption.
Make sure you understand all the requirements before starting the process of applying.
STEP 1 – DO THE ONLINE ASSESSMENT
STEP 2 – MAKE PAYMENT VIA AN EFT (Non-refundable deposit)
STEP 3 – GET CORRECTLY CERTIFIED COPIES OF DOCUMENTS
STEP 4 – COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

Please note that you need to complete the first step, the online assessment, before being able to proceed with the remaining steps.
How to Apply for USAf Online Assessment
Completing the assessment will indicate whether or not you are eligible for exemption towards degree studies in South Africa and WILL NOT necessarily result in an exemption certificate.
If the results indicate that you are not eligible, the necessary steps towards exemption will be provided.
