    • Hi there, We’ve got you. The solutions are broad.
Changing your course at Walter Sisulu University (WSU) after being admitted involves a specific process. Here are the steps to follow:

      1. Consult your Academic Advisor:

Your first point of contact should be your assigned academic advisor. They are familiar with university policies and procedures for course changes and can guide you through the process.
Discuss your reasons for wanting to change courses and explore alternative options within your faculty or other faculties. This helps ensure your new choice aligns with your academic goals and interests.

      2. Check Application Deadlines:

WSU might have specific deadlines for applying for course changes. These deadlines often vary depending on the time of year and the nature of the change. Check the university’s website or consult your advisor for current deadlines.

      3. Apply for the Change:

Once you’ve discussed your options and confirmed eligibility, proceed with the official application process. This usually involves completing a course change form available online or at the Student Services office.
Ensure you attach any necessary supporting documents, such as academic records or motivation letters explaining your reasons for the change.

      4. Submit your Application:

Submit your completed application form and supporting documents to the designated office before the deadline. You can usually submit electronically through the Student Online Services Portal or in person at the Student Services office on your campus.

      5. Follow Up:

After submitting your application, follow up with your academic advisor or the Admissions office to track the progress of your request. This ensures you stay informed about any updates or necessary additional information.
