Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teacher workshops, information sessions and webinars via online platforms and/or in-person; must have the ability to confidently present and teach across various regions and contexts
- Collaborate on and deliver training materials for educators and leaders, often in consultation with partner schools and organizations
- Ensure all training content and delivery aligns with the goals, values, and indicators of the Generation Global programme
- Facilitate educator video conferences to share and explore relevant topics for professional development
- Participate in meetings and processes for reflecting on educator trainings
Person Specification
- Background in education, teacher training, and/or group facilitation
- Experience facilitating interactive workshops with educators in global citizenship education
- Global competencies including communication and collaboration
- Knowledge and experience in Global Citizenship Education
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and be adaptable, in response to changing situations on the ground, across a variety of time zones
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Availability to travel in the countries specified above and internationally to deliver training, as required
- Fluent in English, second language preferable
