Revenue Assurance Specialist Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead in providing assurance in the development of new products/Tariffs and services and monitor all KPIs in the assigned areas.
  • Perform End End Review of Major Revenue Life cycle and Business Units to ensure that all controls have been
  • fully implemented and complimentary controls are in place to plug out leakages as discussed with Manager
  • Put in place a comprehensive local Dashboard for monitoring of all Major Revenues, Costs, and other Financial KPIs. This should be automated and linked with the Alarms
  • The document, quantify, and develop root cause analysis and suggest fixes for issues identified, highlighting the impact on business targets relative to revenues, costs, and margins.
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to resolve revenue assurance issues and implement revenue assurance controls.

Qualification Required & Experience

Core Competencies

  • First degree in Computer Science, Business or Finance
  • Finance, Auditing, Revenue Assurance, or related assurance work experience – Must have 5 years relevant experience and preferably 2-3yrs experience in a similar role
  • Very good understanding of telecom products and services as well as automated test calling
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
  • Experience in the use of data analytic tools and/or revenue assurance tools

Business Development Manager-VF Cash Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop international expansion pipeline

  • Conduct market research to understand market trends in selected countries and identify potential strategic partners for international expansion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support Senior Management Team in developing MPESA Africa brand positioning
  • Craft business development messaging and develop pitch materials
  • Help develop the B2B branding
  • Lead sales process and manage the product roadmap

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the partnership development process

  • Work closed with leaders across technology and legal to execute an international expansion strategy
  • Refine international expansion strategy (fine-tune initial definition)
  • Support in developing a client service model
  • Manage discovery and due diligence process for the target organisation
  • Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference material, and other documents required
  • Strategic stakeholders include regulatory bodies, MNO’s (Mobile Network Operators), and mobile money license holders in target countries.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, a Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in business development or corporate development in Mobile money within the Telecommunications Sector.
  • Must have Corporate sales-New markets Entry experience
  • Must have led cross-functional teams as well as building and managing cross-functional teams
  • Must have a strong interest in mobile money, Fintech, and financial services
  • Must have full competence of understanding financial services/ mobile regulatory environment across Africa and future direction of regulation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Fluency in a foreign language (French and Portuguese preferred)

Senior Specialist: Internal Audit(Technology) Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Execute annual audit plan

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum requirements include:

  • Matric/grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent
  • A relevant IT Bachelor Degree (e.g. BSC Computer Science, B.Com Informatics/ B.Com Information Systems)
  • 5-7 years audit experience (at least 4 years in Technical /Infrastructure Computer Auditing)
  • Computer Audit qualifications e.g. CISA, CISM, and CISSP – at least 1 of the 3 is essential

Technical / professional qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Relevant bachelor degree (Essential)

Product Analyst, Value Added Service Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of policies, processes, and concepts through extensive practical experience and advice on the execution of plans for delivery of propositions relating to key business priorities;
  • Supports the team to deliver activities related, but not limited to pricing and promotions overview across all channels (digital, shops, etc.) and across competitors, using a full range of data sources, such as Social Listening for maximizing insights;
  • Supports the delivery of defining the customer insights, target audience, market opportunities, proposition initiatives, and customer experience which differentiate Vodafone from the competition and grow NPS, revenue, Brand consideration, and market share;
  • Effectively interacts with colleagues in the delivery of activities relating to the end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery against business targets (including management of any risks and opportunities as they arise);
