Eligibility
- South African Citizens: You must have a matric certificate (or equivalent qualification) issued by the Department of Basic Education (DBE) or Umalusi.
- International Students: You must have a qualification that meets the admission requirements for the specific program you’re applying for. You can check the program requirements on the UNISA website.
The registration period for undergraduate and honours programs is usually from January to February each year. For master’s and doctoral programs, the registration period is usually from January to March.
