ISFAP Bursary 2025

The Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme (ISFAP) offers bursaries to South African students from low and middle-income families, specifically those with an annual household income between R0 and R600,000. These bursaries support studies in fields identified as “Occupations of High Demand” at selected public universities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be worthy of this opportunity, applicants must have/do the following;

  • South African citizens only.
  • Applicants must be current Matric students or have completed Matric.
  • Proof of acceptance into a partner university for an approved qualification is required.
  • Demonstrated need for financial assistance.

Application Process for ISFAP Bursary

If you are eligible to apply, take the following steps for a successful application to the scholarship.

  1. Visit the ISFAP online application portal and register an account.
  2. Log in with your credentials to complete the application form.
  3. Upload all necessary supporting documents, including:
    • Certified copy of your ID.
    • Certified copies of Grade 11 final results and latest Matric results (if currently in Matric).
    • Certified copy of Matric certificate (if completed).
    • Completed ISFAP Funding Application Consent Form.
    • Proof of household income (e.g., recent payslips, affidavits if unemployed, grant or pension documentation).
    • Certified copies of parents’ or guardians’ ID documents.

IMPORTANT:
