I’m trying to apply with UP for late registration with no success can you please help me to complete my late application. I tried to apply on time last year (2020) for 2021 academic but because of lack of knowledge i didn’t finish all the steps , i need to finish where i left off i am stuck on step 3 personal information. When i click ok button it says the ID number is alredy registered but i didn’t finish all steps.Please advice me on what to do.
