I studied at VISTA Soweto campus from 1994-1997.
I graduated in 1998 also with graduation ceremony pictures but I was then owing the Fee’s. I with few students we were not on the list of the program for graduation ceremony but our names were added on the list that was hand written.
Our names were called we graduated with the promise to pay in order to get our qualifications.i was offered a job as internal auditor with Ekuruleni Municipality around 2004. I paid the outstanding fees but I was told that I didn’t pass,therefore I have to go register with Unisa.
What are my legal rights now… I can’t move on I was honored as a graduate with photos and memories.
Please assist I want to lay a lawsuit against Vista university Soweto campus.

How was your performance in school back then?
Do you have evidence of your records?
“…we were not on the list of the program for graduation ceremony…” Why didn’t you ask questions?
what we don’t understand is, If you didn’t pass, why were you graduated?
Please visit VISTA Soweto campus again and lay this complaint. make findings, visit your course teacher, find solid evidence.
Understand that, this case may be stronger than you may carry, so if possible, do the necessary.

Gooday, I graduated in 1994 for my Higher Diploma in Education (HDE) due to financial constraints @the tym, I could not pay for my fees. Now I really want to get my transcripts n pay for the outstanding balance.
Its sad to note that iam not getting the relevant help as both UJ and Unisa cannot help. U J @least checked my details n It was found that I was not on their database was then referred to Unisa which did nt even bother but referred me me back to UJ!! No what?

Hi, I graduated at the Vista University Soweto Campus in 1996. My academic record and certificate got burnt when my house was caught by fire in 2010. I went to Vista (UJ Soweto) to request a copy of my academic record. I was told my documents were kept by UNISA. I then went to UNISA in 2011, 2012, and 2014 without getting any help. I went again in 2019 and was sent from pillar to post.
