Technical Advisor (Information Security) Job Description
Qualification Required & Experience
- University degree in an area that is related to the project objectives, equivalent to BA or MBA.
- Five (5) years’ work experience in an international organization with a minimum of 1000 employees, familiar with organizational structures and processes
- Three (3) years’ work experience in corporate risk management
- Experience in vulnerability management
- Experience in conducting audits.
- Knowledge and experience in information security
- Knowledge and experience in ISO/IEC 27001:2013
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Windows 365, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Technical Advisor- Agribusiness Job Description
Qualification Required & Experience
- University degree in an area that is related to the project/program objectives, with a focus on a relevant field (equivalent to BA or MBA)
- At least 5 years professional experience in a comparable position
- Professional experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Very good working knowledge of ICT technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Diligent, results-oriented, open-minded and innovative, team player, and ability to perform tasks without supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; working knowledge of German is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, work experience in an intercultural environment is an asset.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and social competence
- Very strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate networking.
- Willingness to upskill as required by tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management.
Technical Advisor – Digital Transformation Center Job Description
Qualification Required & Experience
- University degree in an area that is related to the project objectives (e.g., political science, social science, education, IT, business informatics, or a similar subject), equivalent to BA or MBA.
- At least 3 years professional experience in a comparable position
- Extensive knowledge of digital transformation in Africa and the Ghanaian digital innovation ecosystem
- Working experience in the field of digital skills
- Very good working knowledge of IT applications
- Diligent, goal-oriented, open-minded and innovative, team player, and ability to perform tasks without supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; working knowledge of a local language is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, work experience in an intercultural environment is an asset.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and social competence
- Very strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate networking.
- Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management.
