First year student details are not systemized (in banks where fees is deposited) to reflect whether the said student has paid fees or not.It may take too long for you to be recognized in the bank system and too long to access the student portal. This denies one opportunity to use services in the portal.In other Universities, this is automated.Do you have plans to solve the problem?
