Chuka University Intake Application Form

There are different programmes for Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Masters and PhD offered in the below intakes. You should visit the online application portal to confirm whether a course you are interested in is offered in any of the 2 intakes listed below and take note of the Application Deadline.

Application Procedure

1.) Applications should be on official forms available at Chuka University main Campus at Chuka, Igembe Campus at Ntuene Secondary School, Embu Campus in Embu Town at Njigoru Building, OR Website: www.chuka.ac.ke;

2.) The non-refundable fee is KES 2,000 for degree and diploma programmes and KES 1,000 for certificate courses to be deposited in the following accounts:

Kenya Commercial Bank, Chuka Branch A/C No. 110 375 5439;

OR

Cooperative Bank, Chuka Branch A/C No. 01129058189900.

Return forms to P. O. Box 109 – 60400 Chuka. Attention should be Director, Graduate School for postgraduate programmes, and Registrar (Academics) for Undergraduate, Diploma and Certificate courses.

Certified copies of certificates and original fee payment receipt MUST be attached to the application form and returned latest two weeks prior to the commencement dates given for the programmes.

One Academic Year is equivalent to two semesters for full-time, or three blocks for school-based students.

Diploma holders may take a shorter period to complete a Bachelors degree after credit transfer.

Preferred Campus should be indicated on the application form.
