The Nairobi Technical Training Institute, NTTI Students applying to Undergraduates, Postgraduate, Diploma, Masters programs, etc must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for admission.

Artisan Courses Requirements
- The entry requirement is a K.C.S.E Certificate and above. On qualifying at this level, students can progress to the next level of Craft Certificate.
Craft Certificate Courses Requirements
- The minimum entry requirement is a K.C.S.E mean grade D (Plain) or Artisan Level.
Diploma Courses Requirements
- Entry requirement at this level is usually a K.C.S.E mean grade C- (Minus) except for Medical and Pharmaceutical courses.
