How to Download KCSE Examiners’ Marking Invitation Letter 2023/2024

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has now uploaded the KCSE 2023/2024 examiners’ letters of invitation and it’s available for downloads at

Download Your KNEC Invitation Letter for KCSE Exams Marking 2023/2024

The steps below will take you through a series of processes to download your examiners’ invitation letter;

Step 1: Visit the official KNCE Examiners Portal by following the link;

Step 2: Enter your User Name and Password and log in.

Have You Forgotten Your Password?

Don’t worry! Simply click on ‘reset password’ on the same portal, below the login button, and follow the resetting process.

Step 4: On successful login, check under ‘Apply for training’ (a table will display) select the ‘view’ link in the ‘Action’ column.

Step 5: Read through the letter Before accepting to go for the marking, then either click the ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ button.

Step 6: This will take you back to the home page. Clicking on ‘view’ again will display your marking invitation letter (that’s if you accept step 5).

Step 7: Then you can either download or print your letter by clicking on their respective icons. (eg. ⬇️ and 🖨).
